Smart sprinting mare Gregers has been a firmer in Carlyon Stakes betting and is now favourite to land another first-up win.
Gregers has won three of her five starts when returning from a spell while she was beaten narrowly by Platelet over 955m at Moonee Valley first-up last campaign.
Her only other first-up outing was a fourth in last year's Group One Oakleigh Plate.
Gregers opened $3 equal favourite with the TAB on Wednesday along with Eclair Choice. She has firmed to $2.30 with Eclair Choice out to $3.80.
Fast Cash, winner of his only two first-up starts, is the only other runner under double figures and is $6.50 after opening at $8.
The Carlyon Stakes (1000m) is one of two Listed races on Saturday's Moonee Valley program with the other the McKenzie Stakes (1200m) for three-year-old colts and geldings.
The Peter Moody-trained El Greco is shading Group One-placed colt Odyssey Moon for favouritism.
Damien Oliver's book of rides on Saturday includes Odyssey Moon in the McKenzie and Le Bonsir in the Carlyon Stakes.
Oliver was suspended for 11 meetings on two separate careless riding charges at Seymour on Wednesday with the ban to begin after Saturday's meeting.
He will miss the Group One Memsie Stakes meeting on Saturday week.
