Trainer Shea Eden must face the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on a charge of making comments prejudicial to the image of racing.
Racing Victoria stewards issued the charge on Wednesday after assessing comments the trainer made in an interview on racing channel TVN after winning the Mildura Cup with Flyingconi on August 24.
The Cranbourne trainer had two runners in the race with Rambert leading into the straight before weakening to finish 11th while Flyingconi came from back in the field to win.
A date for the RAD Board hearing is yet to be fixed.
