Monday 3 September 2018, 6:17pm

D'Argento has opened the $6 favourite for the Epsom Handicap in the TAB's all-in market following the release of entries for the Group One race.

Nominations closed on Monday for the $1 million Epsom (1600m) and the two other Group One races at Randwick on September 29, the Metropolitan Handicap (2400m) and Flight Stakes (1600m).

There were 87 horses entered for the Epsom, 81 for the Metropolitan and 77 fillies for the Flight Stakes.

"We have continued to see good numbers in each of these races with many of Australia's biggest stables," Australian Turf Club general manager racing and wagering, James Ross, said.

"In particular we have great support from leading Victorian trainers including Darren Weir, Mick Price, Liam Howley and the Hayes/Dabernig team."

Sydney trainer Chris Waller has the market leader as well as Comin' Through and Unforgotten who shared the second line at $8 with Godolphin's Kementari.

D'Argento, the Rosehill Guineas winner, is entered for Saturday's Theo Marks Stakes at Rosehill after beginning his campaign with a third to stablemate Winx in the race named in her honour.

Weights for the Epsom and Metropolitan will be released next Monday.
