Raido resumes at the Sunshine Coast on Saturday!!!

We have a couple of nice chances on Saturday with Husson Eagle lining up at Moonee Valley and

Raido resuming at the Sunshine Coast.  These two horses have been great advertisements for our company and money spinners for their owners.  These two good horses and Makeadane are now seven years old.  To have three of the 13 yearlings we purchased in 2013 still racing competitively says a lot about the type of horses we offer to the market and also the great job our trainers and their staffs do

for us.  Makeadane had his head in an adjoining stall when they jumped at Warwick Farm yesterday and his effort to run 3rd was very good.  He isn’t far off another win with a couple of suitable country cups coming up.

They have won $1,537,010 in stakes money with 19 wins.  The combined purchase price of the three was $121,000 with them being purchased from the Magic Millions Adelaide, Perth and National sales.

At this stage all three are giving their owners a lot of pleasure and should continue to be competitive in their current form.  Good luck to both Husson Eagle and Raido on Saturday.

Over the past couple of days we have seen some very encouraging performances from our youngest crop of racing age with Zizzis putting in a first class trial at Cranbourne.  She won the Adelaide Magic

Millions with a leg in the air and will resume in the Cap ‘D’Antibes Stakes at Flemington on 14 September 2018.

Everard was very good at Warwick Farm in a strong three years old race where she ran home strongly for third behind two highly credentialled colts.  She will now head to the Spring Stakes in Newcastle on 13 September 2018.

I was very happy with Invincible Kate’s trial and Golden Script isn’t far off having a trial.  Five Star Gal stepped up last start and will head to a 1600m Maiden next week.

Syndications

We have had great success over the years purchasing weanlings and yearlings prior to Christmas and syndicating them to our clients for much less than they would have cost if they had gone through a yearling sale the following year.  Invincible Al is one of these horses, Other good performers syndicated in this fashion include Pitt Street, Too Many Reds, Believe n’ Achieve, I Am Magic and Eramor.

We are offering two very nice fillies at present by the successful first season sire Sizzling going to Patrick Payne and the new boy Super One, a son of Champion Sire I Am Invincible heading to Darren Weir.  You can check these out on our website:

primethoroughbreds.com.au

These promotions have been very well received by the market with about half the shares remaining.

All our yearling purchases from the 2017/18 Season have been fully subscribed and we thank our clients who have supported us so loyally, in some case since 1997.

On The Track

We have quite a few runners in the pipeline.  As well as Husson Eagle and Raido tomorrow we have

One Invincible Cat running at Tamworth on Tuesday, Invincible Al at Sandown and Our Netbank at Ipswich on Wednesday.

The prospect of substantial rain across much of NSW is great news for the farmers and the owners of Reneged.  He is a superior wet track performer and will appreciate some give in the ground.  The wetter the better in fact.  Watch out for him.
