STALLION sire service donations totalling almost $50,000 have been donated to the Racing Reaches Out Fundraiser at Clifford Park on Saturday, May 13.

The generous donations have been made by:

Sizzling – Newgate Stud, Aberdeen, NSW

Hidden Dragon – Lyndhurst Stud, via Warwick, Qld

Panzer Division – Arrowfield Stud, Scone, NSW

Spirit Of Boom – Eureka Stud, Cambooya, Qld

Mahisara – Wattle Brae Stud, Glenvale, Qld

The service donations will be included in an online auction to support the event.

“The racing community – particularly the breeders and stud farms – have proved incredibly generous,” Toowoomba Turf Club Chairman Kent Woodford said.

“These services on offer are valued highly and we hope horse owners, breeders and trainers will pay particular interest to them.

“These service donations are from the big players in the horseracing industry – from across the Hunter Valley in NSW and locally,” Mr Woodford said.

Other major memorabilia donations are sure to peak the interest of buyers at the event, according to TTC Chief Executive Office Blair Odgers.

“We have a framed, signed shoe belonging champion horse Buffering from his trainer Robert Heathcote at Eagle Farm, Peter Moody has donated a signed, framed Black Caviar piece, we have items featuring Makybe Diva, Takeover Target and signed, framed breeches from champion jockeys Michelle Payne and Joao Moreira.

“We have amazing hospitality packages from Coolmore, Gai Waterhouse, Aquis Farm (Gold Coast Titans corporate box), Godolphin and much more.

“There will be several auction platforms on the night. Online, a silent auction and a live auction, all inside the Wippells Autos Grande Marquee,” Mr Odgers said.

The online auction items can be found at: www.auctioncentre.com.au/shop.php?user_id=110975

Mr Woodford said Clifford Park wanted to see as many people attending the event as possible.

“We want to raise maximum funds for Ben and Wade’s families, but get your tickets now, as they are selling fast,” he said.
