Greg Rudolph the new boss at Hawkesbury

Friday 8 April 2016, 5:58pm

Senior Racing NSW steward Greg Rudolph has been appointed chief executive of the Hawkesbury Race Club, filling the vacancy left by Brian Fletcher who takes over as the boss of the Panthers group.

Rudolph will take up the position in early May after Fletcher oversees the Hawkesbury stand-alone Saturday meeting on April 30.

Rudolph said he was looking forward to the challenge.

"It is something I have always wanted to do, to branch out into another facet of the industry," Rudolph said.

"Hawkesbury is a club in a good position and there are some projects in the pipeline which are exciting.

"It also has the added asset of the motel and I'm looking forward to productive times with the club."
