TALKING POINTS

* The early favourite is in-form filly Najoom but she is second emergency

* Lumosty gets chance to bounce back after unplaced as favourite in Stradbroke Handicap

* Srikandi can become second horse to claim Stradbroke Handicap-Tatt's Tiara double after Dane Ripper

* Race held at Gold Coast due to reconstruction of Eagle Farm.

FANCIED RUNNERS

Najoom missed the Stradbroke due to a minor injury and while Gai Waterhouse has her back on track, the filly needs two scratchings to secure a start. Second pick Srikandi also faces a challenge after drawing the outside barrier in the field of 16. Catkins is well fancied to deliver Chris Waller his 15th Group One win of the season and his first for the Ingham family.
