Damien Oliver has been given the all-clear to travel to England to ride Wandjina in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Oliver was due to leave Melbourne on Sunday, but his trip was delayed when he suffered concussion and general soreness in a fall at Bendigo last Thursday.

He did not ride at Flemington on Saturday but was passed fit two days later.

Oliver, who flies out on Tuesday morning, will partner the Gai Waterhouse-trained Australian Guineas winner Wandjina in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes on Saturday where he will be pitted against fellow Australian three-year-old Brazen Beau.

"He (Damien) made good improvement through the weekend and he's been given a clearance to go tomorrow morning," Oliver's racing manager Mark Van Triet said.

Oliver was given the all-clear after sitting a concussion test and being examined by Racing Victoria consultant Dr Gary Gary Zimmerman.

The jockey has picked up another ride on Saturday aboard French galloper Robert Le Diable in the Wokingham Stakes.
