Sabatini left her trainers Lee and Shannon Hope spoilt for autumn choices with a first-up win in the Kevin Hayes Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday.
Having her first start since a minor placing in the Thousand Guineas, Sabatini ($10) capitalised on a soft run to beat the favourite Royal Snitzel ($2) by three-quarters of a length.
Fontein Ruby ($13) finished a nose away third.
The result was a repeat of the Quezette Stakes finish at the start of the season when a long head separated Sabatini and Royal Snitzel.
Shannon Hope said Sabatini had been entered for next month's Australian Guineas but said there were other options in Sydney to consider.
"We'll get over today but she's got plenty of improvement left in her," Hope said.
"She seems to be very tough and thrives on racing.
"The Coolmore (Classic) or the Queen of the Turf (in Sydney) are something we may look at."
Jockey Nick Hall said Sabatini was capable of winning more some good races this campaign.
