Chief executive Bruce Mann has parted ways with embattled racing telecaster TVN.
The NSW shareholders in TVN, the Australian Turf Club and Racing NSW, split with their Victorian counterparts in December in favour of a deal with the TAB-owned Sky.
A statement from TVN on Friday said significant progress had been made in reaching a separation agreement between the TVN shareholders and that Mann had stood down.
Telstra has also notified subscribers to the Racing Network website that the service will end on March 15.
Racing Network shows live racing and replays on on mobile phones and personal computers and provides a racing news service.
Earlier this week, Racing Victoria chief executive Bernard Saundry said RV would continue to work on increasing the customer base for the state's racing.
"We want Victorian racing vision to be in every Australian's lounge room and on every Australian's mobile phone, tablet and computer," Saundry said.
"We are committed to increasing the customer base for Victorian racing so that we can grow returns to you and build future investment in our sport."
Saundry said the details on negotiations for any new broadcast agreements would remain confidential.
