The NSW Racehorse Owners Association has been forced to amend the result of its champion two-year-old award due to an oversight.
Earthquake was crowned NSW two-year-old of the year at an awards ceremony last week.
However, the filly must now share honours with Golden Slipper winner Mossfun after the NSWROA on Wednesday conceded it had made a mistake.
One of Mossfun's victories was not counted towards the award when it should have been, prompting the declaration of joint winners.
