2013 Inglis Australian Bloodstock Sale will now be held on Tuesday 25th June

Entries for the main catalogue must close at 12 noon on Monday 13th May with supplementary entries closing on Monday 17th June.

Managing Director Mark Webster commented “we have assembled a terrific line-up of 213 quality yearlings for the inaugural Classic Yearling Sale Winter Book on Sunday 23rd June. With many of the vendors at this sale also offering weanlings and broodmares at the Australian Weanling and Bloodstock Sale later in the week it made sense to run the sales over consecutive days to assist our clients attending both sales.”

The weanling sale will see a strong representation from Australia’s leading sires along with the first progeny of highly credentialed first crop stallions including Beneteau, Congrats, Hinchinbrook, Lookin at Lucky, Lope de Vega, Rothsay, Star Witness, Starspangledbanner, Stryker and Tickets.

Next week Scone plays host to the annual Horse Week festivities and Inglis will be conducting two feature sales.

On Thursday 16 May, 137 lots will be offered in the Scone Thoroughbred Sale . Featuring over 50 broodmares, 30 yearlings, 25 weanlings and 20 racehorses, the catalogue has something for everyone interested in Thoroughbreds or any other equine pursuit.

Sunday 19 May sees the ever popular HTBA Scone Yearling Sale take place with a select catalogue of 193 lots to go under the hammer. Past graduates of this sale include Group 1 winners Hot Danish and Small Minds. With all nominated graduates eligible for the $5 Million Inglis Race Series as well as the $100,000 Scone Inglis Challenge there is sure to be a great crowd in attendance.
