Jeff Lloyd has continued to plunder the Brisbane jockeys' premiership with another treble but it could have been even better at Doomben.

Lloyd won on Houtzen ($1.90), Fuereza ($19) and Siegfried ($4.20) to be on 67 winners for the season after Saturday, 33 clear of second-placed Robbie Fradd.

However, Lloyd was also originally listed as the rider of Sir Donald who won the Class 3 Plate (1200m).

But he was replaced by Perth's Brad Parnham when it was decided to make the race a heat of the State of Origin jockeys' challenge.

Houtzen and Siegfried are trained by Toby Edmonds whp combined with Lloyd for a treble at the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday.

The multiple Group-One winning jockey has ridden 27 winners for Edmonds this season from 64 rides.

Edmonds, who is third on the trainers' premiership with 30 winners, said Lloyd was making his job look easy.

"He does his home work and he knows his horses. He is an international jockey and has ben successful for a very long time," Edmonds said.

Siegfried had not raced since June and had failed to win in five previous first-up runs.

"He didn't come up last campaign and we decided to try something different in his training. He has been working well," Edmonds said.

Parnham made it a double when he won on consistent mare Khaleesi ($13) in the Class 6 (1200m).

Trainer Bruce Brown hopes it will be enough for Khaleesi to get a start in the $1 million Magic Millions Fillies and Mares race on January 14.

"I can't believe the price they bet. She has been beaten in class record times when second at her past two starts," Brown said.

"She won a jump-out against some good horses last week and I knew she would race well today."

"She probably needs a bit more prize money but I would like to give her a chance in the Magic Millions race."

Parnham will miss the last heats of the Origin series on January 7 but said he was keen to get back to Brisbane in the winter.
