Jockey Damian Lane continued his impressive form, notching a winning treble at Moonee Valley on Saturday.
After winning aboard Propelled and Kingdom Of Dreams, Lane brought up his treble aboard Magnus Reign ($5) in The McMahons Dairy Handicap (1200m).
The 20-year-old, who has had problems with his weight, is second on the Victorian jockey's premiership table, just two shy of leader Dean Yendall and he moved into third place on the metropolitan ladder behind Dwayne Dunn and Damien Oliver.
It's not the first time Lane has landed a treble but he acknowledged it's always a thrill.
"I'm very happy with the way things are going," Lane said.
"The stables I ride for are going well and my weight is well at present also.
The final leg of Lane's treble came up on the Darren Weir-trained Magnus Reign.
The young rider said the trainer had been a big supporter throughout his career.
