Nash Rawiller has lost further ground in his bid for early-season traction in the competitive world of Hong Kong racing.
Rawiller found himself in more trouble with Hong Kong stewards during the Happy Valley meeting on Wednesday night when he was banned on a careless riding charge.
The three-meeting suspension came less than one week after he returned to the saddle following suspensions out of Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.
His 14-meeting Australian ban followed his ride on the third placegetter Silent Achiever in last month's WS Cox Plate.
Rawiller will start his latest suspension after Sunday's Sha Tin meeting. Unless he applies for another deferment, he will return to racing on December 11, three days before International Day, Hong Kong's biggest meeeting of the year.
One of Australia's best jockeys over the past decade, Rawiller gave up the chance to win another Sydney premiership when he took up a mid-year riding contract in Japan.
He then secured a Hong Kong contract but he has hardly figured in the jockeys' lists with Wednesday night's meeting only his second since arriving in the Asian racing hub.
