DEEP FIELD is currently one of the country’s leading stallions, having sired the likes of Cosmic Force, Portland Sky and Fituese. Deep Field served a full book of mares in 2020 at an increased service fee of $55,000


FURIOSA is by champion sire More Than Ready and is by Group winning Hussonet mare, Wild Storm. This colts impressive pedigree is littered with international Stakes winners such as Montignac, Coeur Royal & Celebrado.


He will be nominated for the Magic Millions race series and Golden Slipper.


This colt will be trainer by Multiple Group One winning trainer, Gary Portelli. Portelli has trained the likes of Golden Slipper winner She Will Reign, Rebel Dane & Gold Trail as well as Elite Thoroughbreds Stakes winners Testashadow, Sebring Sun, Straturbo & I’m All The Talk.


Dr Brett Warren conducted a physical, full x-ray review and scope pre-purchase. He was deemed as low risk.


Sale Comments: A big, strong colt who is built in the image of his sire. Has a lovely loose walk, a great overstep and presented in great order at the sale. He represents outstanding value - he was well bought!
