Victorian apprentice Jye McNeil has suffered a fractured collarbone in a fall after winning a race at Albury.
McNeil fell from Anaween after the winning post in the second race at Tuesday's meeting.
He was taken to Albury Hospital where it was confirmed he had fractured his left collarbone.
A Racing NSW release said McNeil's treatment would be overseen by Dr Gary Zimmerman when he returns home to Victoria.
McNeil's 78 wins last season included 26 metropolitan winners in Melbourne.
