Star horses set to gallop at Moonee Valley

The world's highest rated sprinter and the Melbourne Cup favourite are among the horses scheduled to gallop at Moonee Valley on Tuesday ahead of Group assignments at the track.

The Mick Price-trained star sprinter Lankan Rupee will work with stablemate Lion Of Belfort before his highly anticipated return in Saturday's Group Two McEwen Stakes (1000m).

Cup favourite The Offer will have his first run of the new season in the Group Two Dato Tan Chin Nam Stakes (1600m) and is down to work with his Gai Waterhouse-trained stablemate Hippopus.

Fellow Dato Tan Chin Nam Stakes entrants Star Rolling, Crackerjack King, Foreteller, Mourinho and Hvasstan are also among the 25 horses scheduled to work at Moonee Valley.
