First winner for Mint Lane

His Malaysian runner Beyond Wealth won at his third start, jumping to the lead and winning easily by 2 lengths at The Perak Gold Vase meeting on 27th July.

This gelding who was sold by Willow Grove Stud at the Adelaide Magic Millions Sale for $28,000 on the last day, is from the Testa Rossa Mare Wings Of Alice.

At his first 2 starts he ran close thirds in large fields against 3YO’s over 1300m, but back to 1200m and in a 2YO race, he won easily. 

Another Mint Lane and stablemate After Me ran third in the same race.

Mint Lane has now had 6 runners for the winner and a further 4 placegetters.
