NSW apprentice Rachael Murray lost twice in the stewards' room after a resumed inquiry into two rides.
Murray has been suspended for two months for her rides on Uno Five and Youthful King at Eagle Farm last Saturday.
Racing Queensland stewards opened inquiries during the meeting before adjourning their investigation until Friday.
In each case Murray was charged under Australian Racing rule 135 (b) which states riders must take all reasonable and permissible measures to ensure a horse is given full opportunity to win or to obtain the best possible place in a race.
Chairman of stewards Daniel Aurisch said stewards suspended Murray for two months for her ride on Uno Five after raising questions about her vigour in the straight.
He said she was given a further six-week suspension for her ride on Youthful King with stewards worried about her efforts in the final 400m.
The sentences will be served concurrently.
She can ride next week but the suspensions take force from midnight next Friday.
