The Cornerstone Stud annual Open Day will be on this coming Sunday, September 1st.

The Open Day will feature the unveiling of Dalakhani and Ambidexter, both new to the roster for 2013.

Also parading will be champion sire Hussonet, established sires of Group One winners Good Journey and Barely a Moment, in addition to emerging young sires, Reaan, De Beers and Super Kid.

Visitors are welcome from 10am and the stallions will be paraded at 10:30am. There will be tea, coffee and brunch available.

“This is about opening our gates and sharing our success with a gathering of supporters of the stud and South Australian breeding and racing. We look forward to showing off our best ever roster of stallions on a relaxing morning in the Barossa Valley,” said Sam Hayes

This event is kindly sponsored by Yalumba and Thomas Foods International. It is an outdoor event so visitors should dress accordingly for this first day of spring, although indications are that we are set for a fine morning of warm sunshine.

Entrance to the stud is located at 476 Eden Valley Road, Angaston, South Australia. It is approximately a 90 minute drive from Adelaide airport.
