Barrier 10 for Alligator Blood in Mile

Queensland star Alligator Blood has drawn barrier 10 in the field of 15 for the $5 million All-Star Mile at Caulfield.

Three-year-old Alligator Blood, winner of the Australian Guineas at his most recent start, is one of 10 Group One winners in the field for Saturday's second running of the race.

New Zealand champion Melody Belle will start from barrier five.

Thousand Guineas winner Flit has drawn the outside barrier while Heart Of Puissance has barrier one.

The David Vandyke-trained Alligator Blood has won 10 of his 11 starts and is the All-Star Mile favourite.
