Duffy escapes penalty over Wodonga ride

Apprentice Jake Duffy has escaped penalty after a hearing into a Wodonga ride last month.

Duffy faced the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board in Melbourne on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to a running and handling charge.

Muja Magic finished fifth at Wodonga on May 19 and after hearing evidence the RAD Board dismissed the charge.
