The CHOSEN One At Last!

Monday 9 January 2017, 10:36am

After three consecutive seconds, CHOSEN PRAYER’s consistency was finally rewarded with victory at Warwick Farm on Saturday.

Aided by an expert Blake Shinn ride, CHOSEN PRAYER came off the leader’s back in the straight before going on to score by 1-1/4 lengths in the TAB Highway Handicap (1100m).

The daughter of CHOISIR has found a new lease on life in the country stables of Keith Dryden and Scott Collings and is also relishing being restricted to short courses.

Saturday’s win was the fourth of her 24-start career and took her total earnings past $147k.

PROVEN THOROUGHBREDS has enjoyed a fruitful start to 2017, with CHOSEN PRAYER’s win following the impressive win of TAHSIN at Kembla Grange on January 3.
