Saturday 6 October 2012, 5:40pm

What the jockeys said following the running of Saturday's Group One Epsom Handicap at Randwick won by the Gai Waterhouse-trained Fat Al.

st Tommy Berry (Fat Al): "He's a tough horse. He's a Group One winner now and it won't be his last."

nd Kerrin McEvoy (Ambidexter): "He pulled up when he hit the front."

rd Chad Schofield (Rolling Pin): "Fantastic run. He was very honest and very genuine today. He toughed it out to the line."

th Jim Cassidy (Lightinthenite): "He ran terrific."

th James McDonald (Secret Admirer): "She got back and ran home really strong."

th Kathy O'Hara (Monton): "Terrific run. Nothing went to suit but he went good."

th Hugh Bowman (Shoot Out): "No excuses. He had a good run they just went too fast for me."

th Glyn Schofield (Yosei): "She ran enormous. She just missed the kick."

th Brenton Avdulla (Tagus): "He had every possible chance. He's probably a Group Two, Group Three horse at his best."

th Peter Robl (Wild And Proud): "He ran terrific. He ran up to his best."

th Corey Brown (Said Com): "He's probably just a tier below those sort of horses. He ran ok."

th Nash Rawiller (Rangirangdoo): "He saw plenty of Randwick. I still think he's going well."

th Jay Ford (Somepin Anypin): "Very disappointing."

th Jason Collett (Gangster's Choice): "He's not quite up to this company just yet."

th Nathan Berry (Kontiki Park): "He blew the race at the start. He just reared up when the gates opened."
