Glen Boss to ride in Singapore

High-profile jockey Glen Boss has been given a six-month licence to ride in Singapore.

The three-time Melbourne Cup winning jockey will join Australian expats Corey Brown, Vlad Duric, Danny Beasley and Michael Rodd, who is currently sidelined with a broken leg, in Singapore.

Boss rode in Singapore on a three-month contract in 2011 and has regularly visited for one-off rides in feature races including success on Risky Business in the 2010 Gold Cup.

The 46-year-old will be at Rosehill on Saturday to ride I'm Belucci in the Group One Rosehill Guineas.

Among his 87 Group One wins are three Melbourne Cups on Makybe Diva and two Golden Slippers on Flying Spur and Sebring.
