Tuesday 3 February 2015, 5:46pm

Michael Crismale has been re-elected as Australian Turf Club chairman for another term.

A new seven-member ATC board met for the first time on Monday and voted for Crismale to continue as chairman for the next 12 months.

Laurie Macri was re-elected as vice-chairman, also for a 12-month period.

Crismale and Macri were joined in the boardroom by three new directors - Julia Ritchie, Trish Egan and Matthew McGrath.

"The ATC is now entering a growth and investment stage and we are looking forward to making several announcements over the coming 12 months to return more benefits to our members, customers and the NSW racing industry," Crismale said in an ATC statement.
