Description

Update: 2yo Kahui by Jet Spur out of a Carnegie mare being bred on the same cross as this yearling is now the winner of over $176,000 including $74,000 QTIS 600 event at Eagle Farm on Saturday. Also, on last day of Melbourne's Inglis Premier Sale Shaft colt out of a Carnegie mare sells for $75,000!

This filly is very reasonably priced and provides the perfect opportunity for a first time owner to become involved, or gives a current owner the chance to spread their risk and further their involvement without stretching the budget.

She is just about finished at the breakers and will now take a short break before heading to Heritage Park for 6 weeks pre-training. Check out the facilities being utilised to strengthen and condition her. A 1000m straight uphill gallop with barriers, a 900m undulating round track, swimming pool, walker and day yards! http://heritagepark.com.au/Photo_Gallery/photo_gallery.html

Comments from breaker Nikki Richardson:

"Your filly has gone extremely well, very uncomplicated, sensible and well behaved. She has been through the barriers and canters along with other horses comfortably."

Three owners are now committed, will you be the next?

We are currently putting together a partnership to race this yearling filly out of Carnegie mare Graciously (NZ) is sired by Silver Slipper winner and first season sire Shaft. Being dual QTIS and Bobs registered, and being trained in Brisbane, gives us the opportunity to chase the bonuses on both sides of the border!

This filly is to be raced as a partnership, with the price being all inclusive until August 1st 2011, including all registration (QTIS 600, BOBS and Magic Millions), insurance, breaking, pre-training and spelling until August 1st 2011. She will be walked through a monthly Magic Millions Sale later this year to ensure she is eligible for the valuable race series.

She will be trained by Ron Heilbronn who runs a small team out of Deagon, giving her the individual care and attention required to help her reach her full potential. Ron is an incredibly talented and passionate horseman, who has spent time assisting trainer Darren Bell honing his skills. There will be a set ongoing monthly cost to make budgeting easy and to cover all expenses associated with owning a racehorse. Communication will be regular and visits to the stables are very flexible to make owning a horse with us extremely enjoyable.
