Skimalong is a lightly race son of Niello that has already saluted the judge on 3 occasion and placed another 3 from only 12 starts.

A multiple winner this prepreation, last start he was a dominant winner over 2019 at Mornington in 0-62, coming from well back in the field to run over the top of them. The horses that filled the minor placings had both won their previous start so the form out of the race is very solid.

This horse has loads of potential and handles good or slow tracks. He can can sprint well fresh, running 2nd over 1400m and has won from distances between 1600m - 2000m.

He is entered for a Super Vobis 0 - 72 Handicap 2500m on the 25th of November.

Skimalong is currently rated 66. He is a strong type that is sound and has no issues. He has nearly found his mark in Victoria and would be best suited heading north or over to Adelaide.
