Festus Hagen at his best is a Genuine City Class or country cups horse. His last two runs have been below his best ( although he has had excuses in that the jockey thought he was Galloped on at Eagle Farm and Today on a Heavy 10 he couldn't make up enough ground)and owners have decided to make way for younger stock. The horse has a terrific nature and needs a change of environment.
He has a few issues that are more a management issue than anything- although he is obviously sound enough to take to the races
