The son of the legendary stallion ZABEEL, RESET was undefeated on the racetrack winning the G1 Australian Guineas and the G1 Futurity stakes too leaving the best 3 year olds of the year in his wake. At stud, he’s one of the very few stallions who can boast a G1 Victoria Derby, G1 Cox Plate AND a G1 Caulfield Cup winner from his first 3 crops. Even ZABEEL and famous his sire SIR TRISTRAM couldn’t match that record!


RESET'S impressive record so far of 345 winners at better than a 60% strike rate of winners to runners including a huge 30 stakes-winners, continues to rise rapidly and boasts the dual G1 winner FAWKNER, the dual Derby winner and now stallion himself REBEL RAIDER, the Group 1 Cox Plate winner PINKER PINKER and the Group 1 VRC Oaks winner SET SQUARE. Reset has plenty more to come to, with his young progeny including progressive 4 time stakes-winner and 3-time G1 placed DISPOSITION and G2 Tulloch Stakes-winner HAURAKI who has also been placed 3 times at the elite level too.


It’s not just our filly’s sire that’s impressive though, as her dam-line has a lot to get excited about too. She’s from the well bred mare Lost Diamond, a daughter of the outstanding sire ELUSIVE QUALITY. Lost Diamond’s dam is the stakes-winning TYROLEAN, a half sister to the super racehorse YIPPYIO. A crowd favourite warhorse, Yippyio was a 14-time winner, 8-time stakes-winner 2-time G1 winner while his 12 group and stakes placings included running 2nd in the Melbourne Cup behind BREW. It’s not just YIPPYIO that stands out here though because TYROLEAN is also a half sister to the speed machine IGLESIA, the multiple group winner who broke the Flemington track record when winning the G3 Standish Handicap, before going on to be a successful stallion in his own right, importantly siring Australia’s hottest stallion right now WRITTEN TYCOON.


As you can see, our new filly is by a very successful stallion, and from a female family that boasts some of Australia’s best racehorses with bloodlines that continue to produce winners through the generations.
