Description:
This outstanding colt is by the exciting first season sire and Champion French 2YO MYBOYCHARLIE, who himself is from the family of Australian Group 1 winner SNOWLAND, stakes winner SNIPPETSON, Golden Slipper placegetter PORTILLO and SNOW ALERT.
On the racetrack, MYBOYCHARLIE displayed an exceptional turn-of-foot as a juvenile. Victorious at the Curragh at his first career start he was put straight into Group company at his next run when he won the Group 3 Anglesey Stakes by a widening 7 lengths. Then taken to France he also won the Group 1 Prix Morny over 1200m at Deauville (the French equivalent to our Group 1 Golden Slipper Stakes) in decisive style.
Furthermore, our colt is out of the beautifully bred broodmare, MARITIME, who comes from a high class stakes winner producing family. This family has also proven to produce these elite stakes winners with incredible consistently. In fact, every single generation for at least the last 6 generations has produced stakes winners, including outstanding Group 1 winning racehorses right across the world from Australia to France, England, Canada and the USA.
Importantly, this colt's same breeding cross has previously produced 8 colts to race for 8 winners (100% winners to runners), including 2 stakes winners (25% stakes winners to runners), which are simply incredible statistics.
