A bold front-running son of the legendary Sadler's Wells, the Gr.3 winning Bullet Train is a 3/4 brother to one of the all time greats of the turf - the superstar Frankel.


Not only was Frankel a once in a life time horse - the unbeaten winner of 14 races including ten Gr.1 contests - but also the most exciting young stallion prospect anywhere in the world! What an incredible start Frankel has made to his stud career, three of his first four runners making winning debuts with the best still to come.


There is every reason to believe that Bullet Train will follow in Frankel's footsteps in the breeding barn when his first crop of runners hit the track.


Bred on a 3 X 4 cross of Danehill, this imposing filly - who has a definite look of her handsome sire - hails from the first crop of Bullet Train whose yearlings have been well received in the market place, fetching up to $150,000.


A half-sister to the recent winner I'm A Prima Donna, this filly is out of the talented race mare Astral Danza who raced 20 times - winning four races and recording a further four placings.


Astral Danza is one of five winners (from six to race) for the stakes placed Danehill Dancer mare Pirouettes - also dam of last spring's two times Gr.2 winner La Passe and the Gr.2 Sandown Guineas runner up Chasse.


Pirouettes, who won four times at metropolitan level in Melbourne and Sydney, should continue to add value to this filly having been served last spring by Written Tycoon with unraced youngsters by Commands and Lonhro.


Pirouettes is one of eight winners produced by the Tierce mare Coureuse, also dam of the Hong Kong Gr.3 winner Sichuan Express and the stakes placed city winners Tom Coureuse and Yellow Diamond.


This filly's third dam is the Magic Millions 2Y0 Fillies winner Dancer's Joy from a family that has been producing quality performers for generations, its other members including the big race winners Asgard, Honey Belle, Casey Belle, Eskimo Queen, Anamato, Drum, Absolute Champion, Wylie Hall, Supreme Court, Star Belle, Wonder Dancer, Aerosmith and Belle du Jour.
