She Will Reign to resume in Sydney

Thursday 4 January 2018, 10:16am

Dual Group One winner She Will Reign will begin her next campaign at home before travelling to Melbourne.

Trainer Gary Portelli said the filly would resume in the $250,000 Inglis Sprint (1100m) on her home track, Warwick Farm, on February 10.

She will then head to Melbourne for the Group One Oakleigh Plate (1100m) at Caulfield two weeks later.

She Will Reign won last year's Golden Slipper and claimed the Moir Stakes in September at her first start as a three-year-old.

The filly was unplaced in the $10 million Everest, the only time in seven starts she has not finished in the first two.
