* September 2015 had application for a jockeys' licence knocked back by authorities in Victoria and Queensland

* October 2015, Victoria Police exclusion order banning him from Victorian racecourses revoked

* November 2015 issued with a second Victoria Police exclusion order from Victorian racecourses

* June 16, 2016 successfully challenged a second Victoria Police exclusion order banning him from Victorian racecourse
