The wife of trainer Peter Moody will front a Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board hearing over a social media post allegedly directed at chief steward Terry Bailey and the integrity department.
Sarah Moody, a registered owner, is facing two charges relating to a tweet from her Twitter account on May 10.
She tweeted: "Underbailey TVMovie coming soon The rise & eventual fall of an out of control, no questions answered integrity department, Deception at Epsom."
Racing Victoria stewards allege the tweet was offensive to Bailey and/or the integrity department of Racing Victoria.
Stewards noted Moody has not apologised or removed the tweet from her Twitter account.
Her first charge relates to the publishing or posting on social media any material, content or comment that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, racist, threatening, harassing, discriminating or abusive to any other person or entity involved in the racing industry.
She has also been charged with conduct prejudicial to the image, interests or welfare of racing.
The charges will be heard by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board at a date to be fixed.
Peter Moody closed his training business in March after being suspended for six months on a cobalt-related charge.
