Ric McMahon outed for six meetings

Ric McMahon has been suspended for six meetings for careless riding at Doomben on Saturday.

McMahon pleaded guilty to causing interference near the 1000m aboard Doula in the Country Music Raceday Plate (1200m) won by Satirical Lass.

Chief steward Alan Reardon said while it was not a major incident they felt McMahon had been careless.

McMahon's penalty begins next Saturday and expires on July 28.
