Contributer out of Queen Elizabeth Stakes

Queen Elizabeth Stakes favourite Contributer is lame and will miss the $4 million weight-for-age race.

A member of the Godolphin string of racehorses trained by John O'Shea, Contributer has an off-hind leg issue.

Contributer has been favourite for the Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Randwick on Saturday off the back of an unbeaten run through the autumn with wins in the Apollo Stakes, Chipping Norton Stakes and Ranvet Stakes.
