Genuine regretfull sale of my 15% ownership in this quality 2yr old Filly.
Written Tycoon X hussonet it doesnt get much better than this.
The pictures are old and dont do her justice but she is the dead spit of her dad. She is 100% sound, well educated, loves her work and is certainly a filly going places. She is on the track now at seymour vic, having her second prep, and stops traffic when she steps out. She is a very athletic girl who covers ground with ease. She potentially holds quite a broodmare residual value at the end of her racing career. Inspection is a must she is fully owned so this is the one and only share that will become available in her.
Written Tycoons are in massive demand at the yearling sales and this is a genuine opportunity to buy into an already educated filly we know is sound and certainly heading the right way.
She is now entering week five in her second prep and ticking along nicely. This prep the stable expects her to be well up to jump outs and a trial. She may even get to the races. What ever the outcome, every time she comes back in from a brief spell (four weeks) she shows more and more. She will be aimed at this years 3yr old classics and deservably so. What ever happens in the mean time is just an added bonus. Come this spring she will have done plenty of work, be well educated and ready for a true classic campaign. The stable has wraps on her and rightfully so. Hard to find a genuine well bred youngster on the up, but she certainly fits the mould. In the meantime i will keep paying the bills and supporting her. Selling only as i need to pursue other options outside racing. The new buyer wont be disappointed. All the money has been spent on her, she now presents as a low risk buy (barring accident or injury). Genuinely interested? Give me a call. Training fees in FULL WORK are $55.00 a day (approx $250.00 a month for this 15% share). When spelling around $90.00 a month. The stable has only a few horses on the books at present so you can rest easy she will be given the star treatment daily. I am a very experienced owner being involved in many good horses and winning some very good races including a group 3. I wouldnt offer her for sale if i thought she was either unsound or not up to the mark. Buy her yourself or form a syndicate with some buds (cost $275.00) and go to the races.
