Hadavision is a wholesome, roomy type of mare that has proven herself on the racetrack and in the breeding barn. Having won 6 races in total, three of those were at Listed level and she placed second a further two times at the same grade, in the process reaching almost US$250,000 in prizemoney. Early on Hadavision lost one of her eyes, however this did not hinder her ability to perform on the racetrack and has certainly had no impact on her breeding career.


Hadavision’s record in the breeding barn is on par, having already produced 2 named foals, both of which have raced and both winners. Still to come for the mare is a 2YO Smart Missile colt which is yet to be named. Hadavision currently has a colt foal at foot by the exciting young stallion Deep Field, DOB 21/10/2016, which is being offered as one half of the package. As you can see by the attached photos he is a good size, well-grown, strong colt that would do up into a lovely yearling through the sale ring in 2018. With racing incentive schemes now of such important to the sale of yearlings, this colt carries the added bonus of having dual eligibility for both the BOBS and QTIS schemes.


A stakes winner and proven producer alone is enough to provide Hadavision with enormous commercial appeal, however it doesn’t end there. Hadavision is out of the stakes winning mare Marquesa Lana who has not only produced a stakes winner in Hadavision but is the dam of 6 named foals in total for 6 winners. Blacktype is a common theme down the page with Hadavision’s half-sister Tequila Lana, a 10 time winner herself, the dam of multiple stakes winner Tequila Hero.


Hadavision is by Vision And Verse, a son of Storm Cat from the Storm Bird sire line. Vision And Verse has a very impressive strike rate of 68% winners to runners and is the sire of the dams of stakes winning progeny such as Fuiste Mio, La Indomita, Perfect Step and Four Left Feet, as well as a multitude of other stakes performers.
